AK Forced Reset Device Gen 2

The AK Forced Reset Trigger Gen 2 is a complete AK-47 forced reset trigger kit made from CNC-machined, air-hardened, high-carbon, high-chromium steel. It provides a mechanically assisted reset after each shot and was designed to address some of the reliability and cycling issues users have reported with other AK trigger reset systems.

Compared to earlier designs such as the Plinkify (Trigger Empire), Kono, and MaRs systems, the Gen 2 features several refinements aimed at improving reset consistency, long-term durability, and compatibility with a wider range of AK variants.

Compatibility

The AK Forced Reset Trigger Gen 2 is designed for most standard AKM-pattern rifles. It works with both full-stroke and short-stroke bolt carrier group configurations but is not intended for pistol-caliber AK platforms.

Draco Compatibility

The system is compatible with Micro Draco, Mini Draco, and full-size Draco pistols. Installation requires a small amount of material to be removed from the rear trunnion using a Dremel or similar rotary tool. The process takes only a few minutes and can be reversed without affecting normal operation.

Installation

Most standard AKM-pattern rifles can be fitted without major gunsmithing. Because AK manufacturers often use slightly different tolerances, minor fitting may be necessary in some cases.
